It is notinvestment, financial, tax or legal advice, not a recommendation to buy or sell anything, and not a solicitation or offer. We don't know your circumstances. Past performance is not a reliable indicator of future results, and the value of investments can go down as well as up.
What returnsview is.A free website that shows historical returns heatmaps, seasonality and risk statistics for cryptocurrencies, stocks, ETFs, commodities, bonds, REITs and market indices, plus tools to compare and analyse them. That's it — we don't hold funds, execute trades, or manage money.
Data — accuracy & “as is”. Our figures are derived from third-party sources (including CoinGecko, OKX and Yahoo Finance) and computed automatically. They may contain errors, gaps, delays or inaccuracies, may differ from other sources, and are provided “as is” and “as available” without warranty of accuracy, completeness or timeliness. Prices are not real-time and should not be relied on for trading. Verify anything that matters against a primary source before acting on it. No warranties.To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We don't warrant that the site will be uninterrupted, error-free or secure.
Limitation of liability. To the fullest extent permitted by law, returnsview and its operator will not be liable for any trading or investment losses, or for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, arising from your use of — or inability to use — the site or its data. You use the site at your own risk. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
Accounts.A free account (email or Google sign-in) is optional and only powers your watchlist. Keep your login secure; you're responsible for activity under your account. We may suspend or remove accounts that abuse the service. You can delete yours any time — see the privacy page.
Acceptable use.Don't use the site unlawfully; don't try to break, overload, or disrupt it or its infrastructure; don't scrape or hammer it in ways that degrade service for others. We offer a free JSON data API for reasonable programmatic access — please use it considerately.
Intellectual property.The site's design, text and original compilations are ours; underlying market data belongs to its respective sources. You may view and share links freely and use our API output for your own projects with attribution; please don't pass off the site or wholesale republish it as your own.
Advertising, affiliate links & third-party links.The site is supported by advertising (Google AdSense) and by affiliate links, and may link to third-party sites. An affiliate link is a link to a third-party product or service where, if you sign up or buy, we may earn a commission — at no extra cost to you. We label such links. Ads and links, affiliate or not, are not endorsements or recommendations, and affiliate relationships never influence the data, rankings or which assets we show — that is all computed automatically (see our methodology). Changes. We may update the site and these terms; material changes appear on this page. Continuing to use the site means you accept the current version. If a provision is unenforceable, the rest still applies.
